INDOT Extended

FORECAST UPDATED: 2:10 pm EST Monday February 17, 2014 by Colin Tully (tullyc@purdue.edu)

Summary: After this current system moves through and brings snow  and sleet across much of the state today the next chance for precipitation will be on Thursday. Before that arrives, though, warmer air will move into the area starting tomorrow. The state could see temperatures above freezing! When Thursday arrives a low pressure system will move over the Midwest, and along with it a cold front that will create the chance for some severe weather. Although this will not be winter-weather related, other sever weather obstructions could occur like fallen tree limbs, flooding, etc.
