Tully INDOT Practice Forecast

FORECAST UPDATED: 1:15 pm EST Thursday January 16, 2014 by Colin Tully (tullyc@purdue.edu)

Summary: sample text

Snow is expected to continue throughout the day today and tonight as a frontal system makes its way through the state. Accumulation totals are expected to be in the range of 2-3”.

Today winds are mostly southerly at around 10mph, with gusts as high as 20mph. The winds will shift, though, as the front moves through this evening bringing with it some colder air and wind chills near 0. Roads and bridge surfaces can be very slippery which will make travelling quite hazardous overnight and tomorrow morning.

Another similar system will move in on Saturday night into Sunday with the chance for more snow.
