October 3, 2011 short term

Forecast updated 10:00 AM - EST 3 Oct 2011

Today and the next two days look to include abundant sunshine and warmer temperatures than the previous week. Our outlook for precipitation looks grime, as dry conditions will be in the area, with a ridge has built up over the weekend, covering most of the region. Temperatures on Monday will be in the lower 70s, steadily increasing as we make our way to Wednesday, reaching the upper 70s in most parts of the area. This warm up is a welcomed change from last week's highs in the upper 50s.
