9-7long range

After the trough bringing cooler temperatures and some rain to the area, a ridge accompanied by a high pressure system will build in from the west bringing warmer temperatures up from the south. We can expect these warmer temperatures to arrive around Tuesday next week and stay until around Thursday.

Below is a graphic from the GFS model of Tuesday next week. It shows the high pressure centered over Kentucky with warm winds affecting the Indiana.

We can expect to see calm winds accompanied by the high pressure.
