Current and Verification

Current 16 Feb 2012

Current satelite and radar images show precipitation mostly in the form of rain over a large portion of the east in association with a low pressure system in the lower great lakes. High pressure is located on the back side of this system in the plains where they are experiencing cooler temperatures with clear skies. On the west coast, a low pressure system is starting to come onshore with rain and mountain snow for the northwest.
